The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right outside and easy tram access just a short walk away. I appreciated how spacious our room was, especially with 7 kids. We found it clean, and the comfortable beds were a welcome relief after a long day.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Zurich is absolutely a feast fit for royalty! I couldn't get enough of the incredible selection. Plus, shoutout to Maikia for making the mornings even more delightful! Also, the location is spot on, just a hop away from cool spots like Hallenstadion and Giardina Messe Zurich.

But not everything was top notch. The air conditioning was a major letdown—basically just ventilation! It was a sweatbox situation, and the staff were unhelpful when we needed help switching rooms. Really crummy experience there, especially for a summer stay.

I had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn in Zurich. The location is ideal, right between the airport and the city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, making it very welcoming. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with lots of options that catered to various tastes. Special thanks to Maikia for her warm service in the morning. On the downside, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well, leaving it uncomfortably warm. There was also some noise from street events, which was a bit disruptive. A mini-fridge in the room would have been a nice addition too. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, but a few improvements could make it even better.

The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to set up an extra bed for my kid at 1am when we arrived after a cancelled flight. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of tasty options that kept getting refilled. You can't put a price on that kind of comfort after a stressful night.
